1.Click on the Recommendation Template Manager button.

• Click on Add Recommendation Template button to the Recommendation Template.

• Enter the Template name in the name field, select Modality, Study and reason for the internal services.
• Select External Study and reason.

• Enter Principal Complaints, ICD-10 code and click on the Save button to add the Template
