How do I add a Diagnosis in the Consultation Template?

Steps to be followed:
1. Go to the Consultation screen and click on ‘+’ button to expand Diagnosis helper.

2. Enter the Provisional Diagnosis in the provided free text area. Click on the Load Engine.
3. Search the diagnosis by typing the particular name into the given field.

4. Finally click on the ‘+’ button. It will be added and displayed on the Diagnosis Helper field.
